Is it official?
Yes it is my fellow readers, Jim Carrey and actress Jenny McCarthy have announced they are to end their 5 year relationship through the popular social media site 'Twitter'.
Well it seems as though gone are the days when news like this was announced through print publication, social media has officially taken over. Both Jim and Jenny however have been extremely professional and mature about the split and have expressed their sentiments of gratitude and goodwill to one another, which is normally a very rare thing for us to see from celebrity couples.
Could this method of communication be a sign of what the future communication channels are going to be like, well if technology keeps advancing at the rate it is then social media sites may just be the beginning.
